Withdrawal Policy
We hate to see you go, but withdrawals (for any reason) require notification via Dance and Music Academy's Withdrawal Form. Forms can be requested at the front office or submitted online under 'Parent Info'. It is not sufficient notice to verbally tell an instructor or staff member, leave a voicemail, or send an email of intent to withdraw. If the withdrawal form is received by 15th of the month, no further charges will be made. If the withdrawal form is received on the 16th of the month or after, you will be charged one final tuition payment on the 1st of the next month. If a withdrawal form is not submitted, you will continue to be billed and are responsible for tuition and late fees. Semester sessions, 6-8 week sessions, summer camps, drop-in classes, workshops, intensives and summer classes are non-refundable.
This withdrawal notice does not apply to IMPACT/STAR/Company/Competition dancers. They are bound to the terms of their contract.
